With new brake cabling, calipers and pads I was fair excited for my commute... Early start at 4:30am to catch the @edinburghdawnpatrol this morning, well worth it to miss the heat of the day! A stunning evenings cycle... https://www.instagram.com/p/DYaEhSTqzZR/ After a whole load of fun but ultimatly a DNF at the Dales Divide I joined a 200km audax to get that finisher mentality back. Unfortunetly the route took in my parents house where a feast was brewing so shortcuts were taken to spend some quality time with the folks. No regrets and a really enjoyable 150km cycle with some lovely folks through the central belt. Off to start the @dalesdivide . Looking forward to 3/4 days of cycling across some english countryside! Lovey day out on some local trails and made a whole flock of new friends at the same time! Long cycle from perth to @clynelish.distillery, but happy to see this little character is here to look after my bike while I nip inside for a wee tour! Absolute waste-land of a gravel cycle... though for the last 20 mimutes its been a walk through thorns with my bike over my head. Still havin' fun though!
